- How can I be sure of the quality of language translation?
All our translators are mother tongue speakers. Most of our translators have professional translation qualifications, with more than 10 years experience and qualified references. Some of our translators have a background in specialized fields such as finance, law, IT, engineering, and have at least 7 years of experience in translation. We have strict quality control which ensures that every document translated is edited and proofread before it is returned to our customer. We recognize that the quality of translation is the key to succeed in our translation business.
- How long does translation take?
Amount of time depending on the difficulty of the text for translation. Generally, single translator can translate 1,500 - 2,000 words a day, it gives also time for editing and proofreading. If you have a tight deadline, to speed up the process we we can divide the translation between several translators and then proofread, edited, checked for style, formatting.
An editor can proofread about 4,000 words per day. Desktop Publishing - combining text, graphics, scanned images, formatting can take a few hours or can be time consuming, and take days.- Does translation cost very much?

- How and when can I pay?
Payments can be made via bank transfer; you can pay by Cheque or by PayPal.
We'll ask 30% of the payment in advance.
You can save money by paying your full translation fees in advance - you will receive a 5% discount.
- What do you do with my personal details?
We understand the importance of confidentialiry and assure you that your data are securely stored on our database and no third party is ever given access to them.
- What type of documents can you translate? What is the method of delivery?
You can send your documents to the company by e-mail, fax, or by post.
Delivery of translated texts can be made by any of the same methods and programmes including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Adobe products like Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker;
Microsoft FrontPage, Macromedia Dreamweaver and other HTML editors;
Quark XPress, Acrobat (PDF), etc.
Electronic documents are preferable. We scan typewritten documents for you.
